About The Position

The Safety Team will serve as an essential part of the Capital One Arena experience during events and games. These are exciting, event-based positions that will provide support to MSE Security, CSC, and Guest Relations as needed. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic individuals seeking work in a fun, team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma.
Willingness to work in a variety of environments including loud noises, strobe lights, heat, cold, rain, wind, and dust.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time without a break.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct foot patrol and building checks during events.
Conduct visual inspections and monitor assigned post area(s).
Investigate and report any unusual or unauthorized activity during events.
Conduct screening of employees, visitors, and guests as needed.
Provide a quality guest experience to all visitors, guest, and team members.
Be observant for spills and anything unusual during events.
Demonstrate creativity, persistence, “Arena Awareness”, and knowledge related to the specific event to accurately and efficiently find the best possible options.
Other duties as assigned.
