About The Position

The Suites Host will act as the primary provider of service for Suite Guests in our venue. Suite Hosts provide a variety of customer service duties for our guests in an expert, professional, and friendly manner. Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is one of the largest integrated sports and entertainment companies in the country with one of the most diverse partnership groups in all of sports. MSE owns and operates seven major and minor sports teams and manages multiple venues. MSE also has a regional sports network, an esports venue, and a sportsbook. Requirements

One (1) year of customer service experience.
Exemplify a strong dedication and willingness to provide outstanding customer service.
Good problem solving skills.
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to stand for prolong periods of time.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet Suite Guests with a smile and provide outstanding service.
Ensure all guests have the appropriate ticket to access a suite/loge box.
Assist guests visiting a suite/loge who have the proper passes.
Inspects suite/ loge boxes pre and post event to ensure cleanliness/safety.
Assist guests with directional and informational inquiries by demonstrating a strong knowledge of the facility and event(s).
Assist Suite Guests with any requests and/or problems as they arise.
Anticipate the needs of the Suites guests.
Report any problems and/or concerns to Supervisor.
Gather item(s) left behind in a suite and return to suites event manager to be logged.
Other duties as assigned.
