About The Position

The Arena Changeover Crew is responsible for performing physically demanding tasks related to event setup and breakdown. This includes lifting heavy items, moving, picking up, delivering, and installing equipment, furniture, and other materials. The role also involves hanging banners and signage, assisting with facility and event projects, and executing all event set-up and break-down according to the event schedule. Additionally, the crew assists with the execution of large-scale and smaller facility events such as athletic competitions, concerts, and community events, while demonstrating first-class customer service.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items.
  • Ability to move, pick up, deliver, and/or install equipment, furniture, and other materials as assigned/dictated by the event.
  • Ability to hang banners and signage as needed.
  • Ability to assist with facility and event projects.
  • Ability to execute all event set-up and break-down based on event schedule.
  • Ability to assist with the execution of large scale and smaller facility events including athletic competitions, concerts, and community events.
  • Demonstrates first class customer service.
