About The Position

Northwest Bath Specialists is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to represent the company at home shows, retail locations, and community events. The role involves engaging with attendees, educating them about bath remodeling products, and scheduling free in-home consultations. This is a fun, flexible part-time opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to scheduled events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Northwest Bath Specialists at local home shows, retail locations, and community events.
• Attract visitors and engage with event attendees in a friendly, professional manner.
• Promote our bath remodeling products and provide basic product information.
• Generate qualified leads by scheduling free in-home consultations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth appearance.
• Collect and submit lead information to the Event Coordinator.
• Help create a positive experience for every potential customer.
