About The Position

Prime Talent Solutions is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Event Setup & Tear Down Associates to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and don't mind physical work. Associates will assist with setting up and tearing down event spaces for a variety of events throughout the Las Vegas area.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others.

Nice To Haves

• Previous event setup experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, staging, and event equipment.
• Tear down and properly store event materials after events.
• Load and unload trucks with event equipment and supplies.
• Assist with arranging event layouts according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet event deadlines.
