About The Position

This is a physical, hands-on role. You will be the "muscle" behind our events, doing the heavy lifting to turn our farm into a world-class venue. If you enjoy staying active and working with your hands, this is for you. Ashbourne Farms is located just outside of Louisville, KY in scenic LaGrange, KY and hosts a myriad of high-end luxury events such as weddings, corporate outings, concerts and shows, and private events throughout the year.

Requirements

• You show up on time and ready to work hard.
• You are comfortable with a job that is physically tiring.
• You can listen to directions and work well with a team.
• You bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Available for shifts a few days per week; occasional evening or weekend availability may be requested based on the event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Follow a floor plan (a map of the room) to put every piece of furniture in the exact right spot.
• After the party is over, you will help take everything apart and store it safely.
• Work closely with the crew to make sure the farm stays clean, organized, and ready for guests.
