Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site contact for group and catering clients, ensuring seamless event execution and outstanding guest expectations.
• Coordinate hotel departments and provide direction to team members to ensure all event requirements are delivered successfully.
• Maintain consistent communication clients throughout the planning and execution process to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.
• Identify upsell opportunities, promote hotel services, and contribute to achieving revenue goals.
• Communicate client needs, provide guidance and coaching, and foster collaboration to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Address guest concerns, resolve operational challenges, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing business needs.
