CAMERON MITCHELL PREMIER EVENTS is seeking an EVENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE to join their team. The Event Services Associate, under the general direction of the Event Services Manager, is responsible for executing daily tasks, taking inventory, loading and unloading trucks, organizing the warehouse, and managing all details and timelines for drop-off event deliveries. The role is in a fast-paced team environment for a premier event company in central Ohio and requires evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and living by the Cameron Mitchell Premier Events Culture
  • Maintain physical condition of warehouse and equipment
  • Ensure accurate and proper packing and loading of all parties
  • Execute client deliveries to the standards of CMPE
  • Inventory of all soft drinks, bottled water, bar set needs and hard equipment
  • Provide proper sanitation and storage for all event equipment
  • Work large event set up and tear down as a General Utility shift
  • Execute dish-tank shifts as needed
  • Execute internal deliveries/pick-ups in a safe and timely manner
  • Follow all safety standards within the work place
  • Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
  • Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts
  • Exemplifies hospitality standards
  • Answers guest's questions about the restaurant
  • Handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
  • Cooperate with management and co-workers to assists others with duties, if needed
  • Communicates suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion
  • Follows all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant
  • Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly
