The position involves helping to provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for guests, performers, staff, and vendors by assisting with traffic control, pedestrian safety, crowd management, and access control during concerts and large events. Officers will also monitor entrances, exits, backstage areas, and event grounds, patrol venues and parking areas, respond to incidents, provide customer service, and enforce venue policies.

Requirements

Reliable, professional, and punctual individuals
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to stay calm and professional in busy environments
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Must be able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Weekend and evening availability preferred
Previous security, traffic control, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

Help provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for guests, performers, staff, and vendors
Assist with traffic control and pedestrian safety before and after events
Direct vehicles and foot traffic safely around busy event areas
Monitor entrances, exits, backstage areas, and event grounds
Assist with crowd management and access control during concerts and large events
Patrol event venues and parking areas
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents or emergencies
Provide excellent customer service and assist attendees as needed
Enforce venue policies and safety procedures
Complete basic activity and incident reports
