About The Position
KRE Security, LLC is hiring Event Security Officers to support high school football games throughout Berks and Lehigh Counties. This is a seasonal position where you will help make sure players, coaches, school staff, families, and visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience. You don't need prior security experience as training will be provided. This role offers an opportunity for advancement and additional assignments.

- A clean criminal history and ability to successfully complete required clearances
- Reliable transportation or ability to utilize available transportation options
- Willingness to learn and commitment to do the job right
- Ability to obtain and maintain state-mandated clearances including Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Check (PSP/PATCH – Act 34), Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance (ChildLine – Act 151), and FBI Fingerprint-Based Criminal History Check (Act 114), and all other applicable state-mandated training and certifications.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, professional security presence
- Monitor entrances, exits, stands, and designated areas
- Assist with crowd and pedestrian management
- Help enforce school and event policies
- Provide directions and assistance to visitors
- Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity
- Report safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Complete required activity and incident reports
- Follow post orders and instructions from KRE supervisors and school/event personnel
