This position will serve as the first face and experience that fans will encounter at Sports Illustrated Stadium. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation Driver's License with a clean record.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Candidates must have open availability and be able to work shifts starting after 4:00 PM to end of event.
• SORA License or able to obtain

Responsibilities

• Check bags and screen guests to ensure overall safety.
• Control arena access by verifying tickets and credentials.
• Manage crowd control issues during events.
• Provide friendly guest services and direction.
• Perform other duties as required to ensure safety and security at the venue.
• Ability to respond effectively during emergency or stressful situations.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for handling customer-related situations.
• Weekend, evening, and occasional holiday shifts required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
