You'll be posted at gas station locations across your territory, starting conversations with customers and introducing them to Canadian Tire Financial Products. You're not scripted — you're just talking to people, figuring out what works, and getting better at it every shift. The harder you go, the more your paycheck reflects it. This role is a starting point, not a ceiling.
Requirements
- Comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Able to travel within your territory
