About The Position

This role focuses on building relationships with potential customers, cultivating a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, and demonstrating how ServiceTitan can deliver value. The representative will conduct high-volume prospecting, collaborate with Sales Executives on communication plans and demonstrations, and maintain product and industry knowledge. A key aspect of the role involves travel to events such as Trade Shows, Dealer Meetings, and Industry events, where the representative will manage day-to-day operations, schedule product demonstrations, network, and build their book of business. This includes spending additional time with prospects after show hours, initiating and attending dinners, and physically visiting customers and potential prospects. The role requires meeting and exceeding monthly sales opportunity and meetings set goals, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • 12 + Months of outbound calling experience
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time
  • Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor both on the phone and in person
  • Ability to handle object and articulate value proposition with any level if detail or brevity
  • Highly intelligent, passionate, ambitious, and a team player
  • Ability to handle objections and demonstrate value
  • Resourceful and adaptable to change

Responsibilities

  • Build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong, vertical-focused sales pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts
  • Develop relationships with potential customers to discover unmet needs to demonstrate how ServiceTitan can deliver extraordinary value
  • Conduct high volume prospecting for leads via our Highest Strategic Priority Associations and Business Partners
  • Own cross functional collaboration with Sales Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans and coordinating demonstrations for Sales Executives
  • Maintain knowledge of the ServiceTitan Product, the home services industry, competition, market happenings and trends
  • Travel to events including Trade Show, Dealer Meetings, Industry events, etc.
  • Own day to day operations and scheduling of online Product Demonstrations with attending Prospects, networking, & building your book of business with attendees (which can include spending more time with prospects after show hours, initiating and attending dinners, etc.)
  • Physically travel and visit customers and potential prospects and businesses
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales opportunity and meetings set goals
  • Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast, and activity login via Salesforce
