This role focuses on building relationships with potential customers, cultivating a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, and demonstrating how ServiceTitan can deliver value. The representative will conduct high-volume prospecting, collaborate with Sales Executives on communication plans and demonstrations, and maintain product and industry knowledge. A key aspect of the role involves travel to events such as Trade Shows, Dealer Meetings, and Industry events, where the representative will manage day-to-day operations, schedule product demonstrations, network, and build their book of business. This includes spending additional time with prospects after show hours, initiating and attending dinners, and physically visiting customers and potential prospects. The role requires meeting and exceeding monthly sales opportunity and meetings set goals, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log in Salesforce.
