About The Position

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives. In this role, working outdoors at the Gas Station locations, you will be educating clients and offering Canadian Tire Financial Products on behalf of one of the most trusted and iconic Canadian brands.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in retail or financial services.
  • Comfortable meeting sales targets and pursuing ambitious goals.
  • Friendly, personable, and skilled in customer acquisition and relationship-building.
  • Strong communication and active listening abilities.
  • High integrity and professionalism, especially with confidential information.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal and credit background check.
  • Passion for ongoing learning and development through training and coaching.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Comfortable travelling within your assigned territory
  • Outgoing and confident communicator
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check

  • Sales or customer service experience is an asset
  • Access to a reliable vehicle is considered an asset
  • Access to a reliable vehicle or a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work outdoors at assigned gas station locations within your territory
  • Educate customers on financial product features and benefits
  • Drive sales, customer sign-ups, and brand awareness
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Use engaging and confident communication to connect with customers
  • Build positive working relationships with gas station staff
  • Handle all customer information with professionalism and confidentiality

  • $17.60 per hour base wage plus uncapped commission
