About The Position

Join Window Nation as a part-time Event Sales Representative and gain hands-on experience engaging customers and generating leads in a fast-paced environment. This is not a "sit behind the table" job. You'll be on your feet, starting conversations, and making things happen. This entry-level role includes paid training and offers real earning potential. We are hiring in the North Jersey region and surrounding areas, including: Whippany, Hanover, Patterson, Morristown, and other nearby towns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodations
• Ability to stand for 6–8 hours, with or without accommodations
• Reliable transportation to event locations
• Comfortable talking to new people all day
• Bring energy, confidence, and a strong work ethic
• Reliable and show up ready to perform
• Motivated by goals and performance-based earnings
• Can stay on your feet for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience
• Comfortable speaking one-on-one or in small groups
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Actively approach and engage event attendees
• Start conversations and generate interest in our products
• Qualify homeowners and schedule in-home appointments
• Work toward lead goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Help set up and break down event booths (materials up to 50 lbs.)
• Travel to local events (home shows, festivals, fairs, markets)
• Set up branded displays and materials
• Be on your feet engaging with event attendees (6–8 hours)
• Capture lead info and keep things organized
• Pack up and break down at the end of the event
