Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator.
Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people throughout the day.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliable transportation to travel to events.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours during events, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to lift and move event materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

Engage with event attendees and create a positive first impression of Window Nation.
Start conversations with homeowners and identify those interested in new windows or doors.
Schedule in-home consultations for our sales team.
Meet and exceed lead generation goals while earning commission for your results.
Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays and materials.
