About The Position

This is a remote position for a Remote Event Sales Representative at Lucky Strike Entertainment. The role involves making sales, planning events, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and skilled in sales and customer service. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, booking events for multiple venues, understanding client needs, meeting sales targets, coordinating with the operations team, managing client relationships for retention, and being available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role also requires participation in remote team meetings and being ready to showcase enthusiasm and professionalism to clients who may visit at any time. The company is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who are eager to learn and sell their unique entertainment and event experiences, thrive on feedback, enjoy friendly competition, and possess strong guest service and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Eastern or Central Time Zone
  • Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference
  • Ability to travel to Arizona for 5 days of training

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn them into booked events.
  • Plan events for multiple venues, learning and effectively relaying the features and benefits of distinctive properties and event options.
  • Understand the unique needs of various event types, from corporate functions to birthday parties and other social events.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs.
  • Be the on-site contact for the operations team, hosting BEO meetings, and working together to ensure every event is a success.
  • Plan client events and coordinate details until the day of the party.
  • Actively manage the client relationship both during and after the event with retention efforts to ensure repeat business.
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during busy seasons.
  • Stay connected with the team on camera for coaching sessions and daily meetings.
  • Be ready to showcase enthusiasm and professionalism to clients at any time.
