Our Event Sales Managers are the ultimate multitaskers, seamlessly navigating between booking events, acting as a go-to resource for both clients and the team, and collaborating closely with our Operations Team to ensure flawless execution. This role is for someone who is a master of making magic (and sales) happen!

Requirements

3+ years in Sales
Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
Experience using a CRM
Data-centric
Leadership skills (ability to inspire, motivate, and help lead a team)
Problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Feedback driven
Time management and organization skills
Adaptability
Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum requirements: 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload)

Responsibilities

Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events.
Learn the features and benefits of distinctive properties and event options and relay them effectively to clients, booking events across multiple venues.
Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs.
Manage pipeline, assigned office tasks, and meetings.
Step up and lend a hand to the team, working alongside Senior Sales Managers and Directors of Sales to provide guidance and support.
Be there for clients, planning their events, and coordinating the details until the day of the party.
Actively manage the client relationship both during and after the event with retention efforts to ensure the client comes back year after year.
Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during busy event-packed seasons.
Stay connected on camera during virtual meetings or one-on-one coaching sessions.
