Our Event Sales Managers are the ultimate multitaskers, seamlessly navigating between booking events, acting as a go-to resource for both clients and the team, and collaborating closely with our Operations Team to ensure flawless execution. This role is for someone who is a master of making magic (and sales) happen!

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Data-centric
  • Leadership skills (ability to inspire, motivate, and help lead a team)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events.
  • Learn the features and benefits of distinctive properties and event options and relay them effectively to clients, booking events across multiple venues.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs.
  • Manage pipeline, assigned office tasks, and meetings.
  • Step up and lend a hand to the team, working alongside Senior Sales Managers and Directors of Sales to provide guidance and support.
  • Be there for clients, planning their events, and coordinating the details until the day of the party.
  • Actively manage the client relationship both during and after the event with retention efforts to ensure the client comes back year after year.
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during busy event-packed seasons.
  • Stay connected on camera during virtual meetings or one-on-one coaching sessions.
