About The Position

Assist the event sales team in managing client inquiries and bookings. Operate as the liaison between multiple remote sellers as the only onsite point of contact. Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling and room setup. Communicate with clients to gather incoming event requests. Provide excellent guest service by addressing client queries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in office software and booking systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in event coordination or administrative roles is a plus.
