About The Position
This role assists the event sales team in managing client inquiries and bookings, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring successful event execution. The Event Sales Admin will communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide excellent guest service, and maintain accurate records. Collaboration with internal teams is key to ensuring events run smoothly.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in office software and booking systems.
