Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at promotional events, community activations, and live marketing campaigns.
• Interact with event attendees to promote products, services, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Create positive, engaging experiences while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Distribute promotional materials and educate attendees about featured brands and campaigns.
• Help prepare promotional displays, marketing materials, and event spaces before and after events.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable presence throughout each event.
• Gather attendee feedback and share customer insights with the marketing team.
• Work collaboratively with fellow promotional staff to achieve campaign goals and maximize brand awareness.
