Requirements

  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident in face-to-face communication
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Team-oriented but capable of working independently
  • 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available for weekend and evening events

Responsibilities

  • Represent brands and nonprofit organizations at live events, community activations, fundraisers, and promotional campaigns
  • Engage attendees in face-to-face interactions to promote products, services, or charitable causes
  • Assist with event setup, logistics, registration, and breakdown
  • Track and report attendance, engagement metrics, and campaign performance results
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop marketing and event coordination skills
