About The Position

We are hiring a full-time Event Promotions Assistant to support live events, nonprofit outreach campaigns, and community fundraising initiatives. This is an entry-level, on-site role with paid training provided. No prior experience is required.
This position involves face-to-face interaction at events and is not remote.
Job Summary
The Event Promotions Assistant supports the execution of live promotional events by assisting with setup, engaging with attendees, and representing nonprofit campaigns in the community. This role focuses on providing accurate information, supporting outreach initiatives, and helping create a positive event experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with the public in face-to-face settings
• Reliable transportation to event locations
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events
• Full-time availability, including some evenings or weekends as needed

• Retail, hospitality, or sales background
• Previous event or promotional experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of promotional event materials
• Represent nonprofit campaigns at live community events
• Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally
