Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience (or internship experience) in marketing, sales, promotions, or customer service
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn
• Comfortable problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to speak and present confidently to small or large groups
• Passion for retail, marketing, sales, or event promotions , with a desire to grow in the industry

Responsibilities

• Support the Promotions Team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
• Assist with event setup, visual merchandising, and inventory management
• Track and process event sales , ensuring accurate reporting
• Help manage event logistics, timelines, and schedules for smooth operations
• Step in as Event Manager when needed, overseeing on-site staff and operations
• Collaborate with the team to deliver engaging experiences that drive customer engagement
