We are actively hiring Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistants to join our growing event marketing and brand promotions team. This is an ideal role for individuals looking to launch a career in event marketing, experiential marketing, brand promotions, or event coordination.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to multitask in fast-paced event environments
• Positive, team-oriented, and reliable attitude
• Interested in event coordination, marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No experience required – full paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for live promotions and brand activations
• Support event logistics, including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and guest registration
• Help execute brand activations by managing signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
• Engage with event attendees to create positive, memorable brand experiences
• Complete post-event tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and reporting
• Professionally represent partner brands with energy and customer focus
• Provide feedback and ideas to enhance future marketing and promotional campaigns
