About The Position

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to join our dynamic team and support the delivery of high-impact event marketing campaigns and brand activations.
Our team specializes in creating immersive, results-driven experiences—from product launches and pop-up events to experiential marketing campaigns and live promotions. We focus on engaging audiences, increasing brand visibility, and building meaningful connections between brands and consumers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing event promotions, brand activations, and marketing campaigns
• Support client communication to understand brand messaging, campaign goals, and promotional strategies
• Coordinate event logistics, including vendor communication, setup, breakdown, and inventory management
• Provide on-site support during events, including guest engagement, check-in, crowd management, and troubleshooting
• Help organize and manage promotional materials, signage, branded merchandise, and event equipment
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and event operations to ensure seamless execution
• Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting, performance tracking, and campaign analysis
