The Technology Excellence Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and operational execution of Autodesk’s internal technical programs and events, including TechX and the Technical Leadership Forum. This role is focused on keeping the Technology Excellence team organized, aligned, and on track across multiple initiatives and timelines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at building strong working relationships across diverse teams and personalities. This person should be an effective communicator who can adapt their communication style to different audiences, foster collaboration, and help create a positive, harmonious working environment. Success in this role requires someone who can keep teams aligned, maintain momentum, and bring people together while navigating shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is not an event production role or a role responsible for directing technical teams on how to build solutions. Instead, this person will help drive clarity, accountability, and communication, across a small internal team. Experience with project tracking and organizational tools such as Airtable is helpful, but not required. Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site support during events is preferred.
