About The Position

We are hiring all positions to support concert tours, festivals, corporate events, and other live events in the greater Miami Metropolitan area. We work with some of the biggest production companies in the business and provide labor to venues of all sizes. Requirements

  • Strong work ethic.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Ability to push, pull and lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable climbing & working at heights as required for Rigging.
  • Reliable source of transportation to get to and from event sites in a timely manner.
  • Must understand general industry terms and fundamental principles.
  • Must be willing to work varying stagehand level roles.
  • Must be willing to work indoors or outdoors under varying weather conditions.
  • Must be willing to work cohesively with teammates and supervisors.
  • Must wear appropriate attire and footwear for concert / corporate events as outlined in Rhino policies.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English to ensure the safe execution of tasks and coordination with crew and clients.
  • Must be 18 yrs of age or older.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous industry experience.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Fall Pro, SPRAT / IRATA certifications preferred for Rigging applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload equipment.
  • Push and move equipment.
  • Perform carpentry tasks.
  • Perform electrical tasks.
  • Perform audio, lighting, and video technician tasks.
  • Work at heights for rigging.
  • Handle equipment.
  • Walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist as required for on-site tasks.
  • Climb and work at heights as required for Rigging.
  • Understand general industry terms and fundamental principles.
  • Work varying stagehand level roles.
  • Work indoors or outdoors under varying weather conditions.
  • Work cohesively with teammates and supervisors.
  • Wear appropriate attire and footwear for concert / corporate events as outlined in Rhino policies.

  • Receive, understand, and respond to safety-critical instructions in dynamic, high-risk environments.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers while working around heavy equipment, elevated structures, rigging, and rapidly changing conditions.
