About The Position

Jackson Dawson is seeking a full-time Producer to lead 8-10 national automotive events each year. This role also supports onsite coordination, delivery scheduling, and logistics for customer vehicle handovers of an exclusive automotive program. As a Producer, you’ll oversee the planning and execution of meetings, events, and high-end deliveries that require clearly defined scopes, schedules, and budgets. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive leader who can manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Location: Hybrid (4 days/week in Warren, MI) In this role, you will: Lead the production and logistics for all assigned projects. Develop and manage project timelines and communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned. Identify potential challenges early, propose solutions, and maintain consistent progress toward project goals. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager, ideally in event or program management.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale events under tight deadlines.
  • Track record of consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management experience.
  • Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule to meet project demands.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Jackson Dawson at client meetings and provide strategic support for business development.
  • Ideate, advise on and guide the development of large-scale client projects.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, account managers, designers, and developers to deliver best-in-class event experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, establishing procurement standards and best practices that optimize cost savings and results.
  • Prepare and deliver project plans and logistics presentations to internal teams and clients.
  • Create detailed event planning estimates covering project scope, schedules, and resources to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage vendor contracts, secure cost efficiencies, and reduce risk exposure across all event operations.
  • Develop and execute master event plans and timelines; assign tasks, oversee progress, and evaluate performance metrics post-event.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of brand standards, product details, marketing campaigns, and compliance requirements to ensure full brand alignment.
