Sofar SoundsSt. Louis, MO
$100 - $5,000Remote

About The Position

Sofar Sounds is seeking experienced independent producers who are already running live events and building local audiences. This partnership offers the infrastructure, brand power, and back-office support of a global organization to help producers scale their efforts without getting bogged down in administrative tasks. Sofar handles operational complexities such as payments, taxes, insurance, royalties, communication management, artist and venue advances, and ticketing infrastructure. The producer's primary responsibility remains local promotion and ticket sales, while Sofar manages the behind-the-scenes operations. Sofar Sounds is a global live events brand that transforms everyday spaces into intimate venues for music and arts experiences. Founded in 2009, Sofar has hosted over 60,000 shows in 540+ cities, attracting 3.2 million attendees worldwide. The organization is known for discovering rising talent, with many notable artists having played Sofar shows early in their careers. Sofar empowers artists by providing a professional platform that spans physical and digital realms, offering opportunities for brand partnerships, content creation, and global media placements.
