About The Position

The Tour Prep Technician tests and prepares cable and builds work trunks for tours. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. The technician will be responsible for various tasks related to cable preparation, inventory management, and equipment handling.

Requirements

Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy to ensure production at expected quality and quantity levels.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client-driven, demanding environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions.
Prompt, consistent, and dependable attendance is a requirement for this position.
Availability to work overtime on short notice, including weekends, when necessary.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Tests and prepares cable for tours.
Builds work trunks for tours.
Peels tape and cleans cable.
Pulls cable from inventory and looms it for work trunks.
Assists with the check-in process of work trunks and cutting apart cable upon return from tour.
Assists with the loading and unloading of trucks.
Assists with cycle counting of all gear.
Tests all cable on the testing machine.
Assists with shipping and receiving when necessary.
Drives Clair vehicles with either gear or personnel at any time of the day.
