About The Position

The Event Parking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing event parking operations with a focus on cashier coordination, traffic flow, and real-time inventory management. This role serves as the on-site lead, ensuring smooth execution of parking operations, strong communication with property clients, and accurate tracking of parking availability to maximize efficiency and revenue.

Requirements

  • Experience in parking operations, hospitality, or event support preferred
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing situations
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors and managing physical aspects of the job
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Ability to lift and move traffic equipment (cones, signs, etc.)
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
  • Maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
  • Must pass and maintain a clean background check

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support cashiers during event operations, ensuring efficient entry processes and strong customer service
  • Set up and break down all traffic control equipment, including cones, signage, and lane delineation before and after each event
  • Direct and manage vehicle flow into parking areas to ensure safe and efficient access
  • Track parking inventory in real time, adjusting lot usage and directing vehicles to optimize capacity
  • Communicate directly with property clients during events to address site-specific needs, changes, or concerns
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact between the company and hotel/property management
  • Monitor operations to ensure proper revenue collection procedures are followed
  • Step in as needed to assist cashiers or support operational gaps during peak times
  • Identify and resolve operational issues quickly, including traffic congestion or lot capacity challenges
  • Complete post-event reporting, including inventory usage, operational notes, and any client feedback
