About The Position

Valet Park of America is seeking Directional Attendants for events in the Amherst and West Springfield areas. This is a part-time, seasonal role with the potential for full-time hours. The primary purpose of this position is to greet and assist customers, direct them where to park their vehicles, and serve as a visible representative of the establishment. The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and involves standing and walking for the duration of the shift. Applicants with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, transportation, and security are encouraged to apply. Requirements

• Have your own transportation
• Experience working in customer service
• Must speak fluent English to communicate effectively with customers
• Standing and walking for the duration of your shift
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary
• Must have a neat appearance and a good attitude
• All employees must undergo a criminal records check
