About The Position

Match Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Operations Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of in-office events and experiences across our North America offices. This role sits within our Corporate Events team and partners closely with Workplace Experience (WEX) to bring memorable, well-run programs to life for employees across the company.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in event coordination, workplace experience, or corporate event operations
  • Strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
  • Experience with administrative processes such as contracts, COIs, and expense management
  • Ability to be a great team player and can also work independently
  • Budget tracking or basic financial acumen and are comfortable managing spend
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills, and enjoy partnering across teams like HR, Security, and Facilities
  • A detail-oriented, resourceful mindset that thrives when solving tricky problems.
  • Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, high-touch environments with ease.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Events Team planning and executing internal and external projects, corporate events and employee activations
  • Oversee logistics for on-site event setup and support
  • Provide administrative support, including contracts, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and expenses
  • Partner with the team to coordinate and facilitate facility requests and office repairs when needed
  • Maintain and distribute MG event calendars company-wide
  • Assist with budget tracking for events and projects
  • Assist with the swag program, including placing orders, design assistance and inventory
  • Source and onboard new vendors and event venues
  • Partner with Security, HR, Facilities, and the Corporate Events, WEX teams to initiate and maintain company-wide policies
  • Occasional travel required for events and project support
  • Work hours may vary on event needs, occasionally nights and weekends
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
