About The Position

This role is based in our 605 Third Avenue office in New York. We are seeking an Event Operations Associate to join our New York-based Operations team within Money20/20, part of Informa Festivals. You will be an integral part of the Money20/20 Operations team, focusing on the operational execution of Money20/20 USA while also supporting additional events within the brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Event Operations Manager in the successful delivery of Money20/20 USA.
  • Develop good on-going relationships with both internal and external suppliers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate signage workflow from content collection through onsite installation for printed and digital formats
  • Manage proof approvals and communicate design templates to ensure brand consistency
  • Support lounge builds including AV/technical requirements with the Commercial Ops & Expo Specialist.
  • Set up the organizers' office and meeting rooms with necessary equipment (laptops, printers, internet, iPads, charging stations)
  • Coordinate onsite temporary staff including; scheduling, briefing materials, and training delivery
  • Manage internal team requirements and onsite staff coordination with staffing vendor.
  • Assist with branded asset management: requirements, ordering, and delivery tracking
  • Support logistics supplier relationships and shipment coordination
  • Provide documentation support: FAQs, welcome packs, meeting minutes
  • Assist with networking events, F&B operations, and other core show deliverables
  • Coordinate equipment orders (radios, mobile phones)
  • Support special projects and the commercial operations team as needed
