About The Position

Rhino Roofing & Windows is seeking outgoing, motivated professionals to join their team as Brand Ambassadors / Event Marketing Representatives. This role involves representing the company at various events and locations, engaging with homeowners, identifying their needs, and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, comfortable interacting with diverse individuals, and possesses a competitive spirit and a desire for personal and professional growth. This position offers a competitive compensation structure with base pay, bonuses, and commission, along with paid training and benefits such as paid gas and employee discounts. Requirements

A natural communicator with confidence and energy

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Able to stand for several hours and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (event setup materials)

Responsibilities

Represent Rhino Roofing & Windows at retail stores, trade shows, and Door to door marketing.
Start conversations with homeowners, build rapport, and identify their home improvement needs.
Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.
Educate homeowners about our premium roofing, window, and siding solutions.
Use your communication skills and personality to help homeowners take the next step toward upgrading their home.
