Event Marketing Representatives (Part-Time)
About The Position
Statewide Remodeling is seeking Event Marketing Representatives for part-time work at the Texas State Fair. This is an exciting, high-energy role where representatives can earn great money. The company is a proud part of the Renuity family, a network of home renovation companies focused on making home improvement faster, easier, and stress-free. They value fresh perspectives and welcome candidates from all backgrounds. The role involves engaging with customers in both retail and event environments, representing the company professionally, initiating conversations, scheduling consultations, and generating qualified leads. High-performing representatives may be offered ongoing opportunities after the State Fair.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with positive attitude and high energy
- Comfortable approaching and engaging the public
- Ability to handle rejection professionally
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- This role requires regularly standing, walking, and engaging customers throughout the retail and/or event environment.
- Must have reliable transportation; this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
- Criminal background checks required

Responsibilities
- Engage with hundreds of customers daily in both retail and state fair environments
- Represent Statewide Remodeling professionally at our event booths and in retail locations
- Initiate conversations and create positive customer experiences
- Schedule free in-home consultations for interested customers
- Generate qualified leads for our sales team
- Work with a supportive, high-performing team
- Help maintain a clean and professional booth environment and workstation
