About The Position

We are hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing Representative to join our growing team! If you're outgoing, motivated, enjoy working with people, and are looking for an opportunity to gain real-world experience, this could be a great fit. No previous marketing, sales, or event experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the skills needed to succeed. As an Event Marketing Representative, you will represent national and local brands at live events, promotional campaigns, retail activations, and community events. You'll interact directly with customers, create positive brand experiences, and help increase customer awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

Represent clients and brands professionally at events and promotional campaigns
Engage with customers through friendly, face-to-face interaction
Create positive customer experiences and build strong relationships
Explain products, services, and promotional offers to customers
Support event marketing, advertising, promotions, and customer acquisition
Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and on-site activities
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and campaigns
Work with team members to meet marketing and customer engagement goals
Develop valuable skills in marketing, sales, communication, customer service, and leadership
