About The Position

The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of Domaine-hosted events globally, as well as developing and executing co-branded marketing campaigns with key partners. This role involves managing event logistics, collaborating with internal teams for promotion, ensuring events align with the company's luxury aesthetic, and providing on-site support. Additionally, the manager will create joint marketing materials, track partner initiative performance, maintain the CRM, support sales with lead follow-up, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency, including the use of AI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in events management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must know with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Shopify ecosystem or ecommerce industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with Sanity, Figma, ChatGPT, Claude is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Domaine-hosted events (globally).
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, guest invitations, RSVPs, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, accounts, sales, and design teams to promote events, including email campaigns, social media posts, and landing pages.
  • Ensure all events embody Domaine’s high-end, luxury aesthetic and deliver an exceptional attendee experience.
  • Travel to and help setup, provide day-of support, and teardown support for select events.
  • Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns with key partners (most often, related to virtual or in-person events).
  • Create related joint marketing materials, including co-branded assets, case studies, webinars, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align partner activities with broader business objectives and lead-generation goals.
  • Track and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain and optimize Domaine’s CRM (HubSpot) to track partner activities, event leads, and marketing performance.
  • Work with sales to ensure seamless follow-up on event and partner-generated leads.
  • Monitor event and partner marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting and iterating on event performance using HubSpot reports and dashboards.
  • Responsible for ensuring sales opportunities (deals) are added into Hubspot and partner qualified leads (PQLs) are registered with the appropriate partners.
  • Look for ways to automate and create efficiencies in overall event processes, including the use of AI.
