About The Position

Window Nation is growing fast and seeking an Event Marketing Manager in the San Antonio, TX area to manage all aspects of event planning and execution. This role is designed to build brand awareness and drive lead generation at various events, home shows, or other opportunities that may attract future customers. This is a leadership position requiring exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in event and team management, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to lead and inspire the local San Antonio, TX event marketing team. This manager works on a hybrid schedule, working out of the San Marcos office 1 to 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing leadership experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets Window Nation's insurance requirements; Driving records are subject to pre-employment and periodic review.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing or stationary for up to 6 hours during events, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience in event marketing, field marketing, sales, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, recruiting, training, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute event marketing strategies that generate qualified sales leads and strengthens Window Nation's brand presence.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage participation in trade shows, festivals, community events, and other local marketing opportunities.
  • Oversee event operations, including budget management, inventory, staffing, scheduling, and overall event execution.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage the event marketing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve performance goals.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and branch operations to drive market growth and cross-functional success.
  • Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics, ensuring lead generation goals and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
