About The Position

Joyce is hiring Part-Time Event Marketers to represent our brand at local events, talk with homeowners, and set appointments for our sales team. This is a performance-driven role for outgoing, self-motivated individuals who want to earn more, build real-world communication skills, and grow quickly within a winning team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, social environment where your effort directly impacts your earnings. No experience needed, just confidence and energy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners at events, home shows, and retail locations
• Start conversations, build interest, and generate quality leads
• Set appointments for our in-home sales team
• Represent the Joyce brand with confidence and energy
• Help with light event setup and teardown
• Hit daily lead goals and maximize earning potential
