About The Position

Join Five Star Bath Solutions of Central Iowa as an Event Marketer, where you'll play a key role in promoting our exceptional bath remodeling services. This exciting position offers the chance to connect with potential customers and showcase our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You'll earn an hourly wage plus commission for each qualified appointment booked, with additional bonuses for every appointment that results in a sale!

Requirements

• Proven experience in event marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and customer engagement.
• Attend team meetings and training when required
• Willingness to travel up to 50 miles around the Des Moines area for events.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a smartphone.

• No prior event marketing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and attract event attendees to our booth in a friendly, professional manner
• Introduce homeowners to our bath remodeling services. No hard selling, just sparking interest.
• Book free in-home design consultations on the spot with qualified attendees.
• Collect and clearly write customer information accurately on our appointment setting sheets.
• Assist with setting up and packing down event booths (banners, tables, product samples, brochures, etc.)
• Represent the Five Star Bath Solutions brand with positive energy and professionalism.
