About The Position

Requirements
- A natural connector and host with great vibe and relevant experience producing events, community, or experiences.
- Equal parts organizer, marketer, and facilitator.
- Austin-based, on-site.
- Ready to be on the ground.
- Ready to stop planning generic events and start building a movement.
Responsibilities
- Identify and segment target audiences by category (culinary, arts, music, wellness, etc.).
- Own outreach and invitations - fill the room with the right people.
- Prepare the space, outdoor activities, and food alongside the team.
- Facilitate and moderate each event: brainstorms, business games, and interactive experiences.
- Drive the follow-up loop: referrals, our referral program, buyer interest, and recruiting future teammates.
