The Events Manager for Outfest is a key role responsible for managing the execution of critical event elements in collaboration with the Event Producer. Acting as a vital link between internal core teams, key collaborators, vendors, and event execution, the Events Manager ensures that Outfest events are organized and delivered to the highest standard— balancing logistical needs, creative vision, and guest experience. This position is remote-hybrid, requiring in-person attendance during event dates and occasional meetings as needed. The Events Manager will focus on crafting welcoming and engaging experiences for all participants. Success in this role will be measured through guest satisfaction metrics and adherence to budgets and timelines.
