About The Position

Suralink is seeking an Event Manager to orchestrate field programs, events, and webinars that connect the company with the right buyers. This role reports to the Director of Performance Marketing and is responsible for designing and executing field marketing strategies to generate pipeline across SMB through Enterprise segments. It is a hands-on, execution-focused position for a marketer experienced in running programs end-to-end, managing multiple workstreams, and converting events and content into measurable pipeline. The Event Manager will collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager, Product Marketing team, RevOps, and Sales to execute integrated marketing plays.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience running industry and field events from strategy through flawless execution.
  • Proven track record of running webinar programs that generate pipeline, not just registrations.
  • Detail-obsessed program manager capable of running multiple workstreams in parallel without dropping the ball.
  • Must be within driving distance of Salt Lake City.

  • Experience marketing to the accounting, audit, or professional services industry.
  • Prior customer advocacy or review program experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a high-impact calendar of trade shows, industry alliance events, and proprietary first-party events & webinars.
  • Own the field event program, including regional dinners, customer roundtables, partner events, and executive engagements.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle: vendor selection and management, booth design, pre- and post-event outreach, swag, logistics, and lead capture.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) execution across events, ensuring target accounts are invited, engaged on-site, and handed off to sales with a clear follow-up plan.
  • Coordinate the webinar program end-to-end: platform management, promotion, live production, and follow-up.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Alliance partners to deliver co-marketing and thought leadership webinars that convert.
  • Run customer review campaigns on G2, Capterra, and other key platforms to increase review volume and improve category standing.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing to identify advocates, gather customer stories, and feed the advocacy pipeline.
