About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable Event Logistics Assistant to support our team during an on-site event in Montauk, New York. This is a hands-on role focused on event setup, logistics, and breakdown. You’ll be assisting the team with transporting materials, organizing equipment, and ensuring event operations run smoothly. The event dates are July 28-30, and candidates must be available for all three days.

Requirements

  • Must be local to or able to commute to Montauk, New York.
  • Previous experience working at live events, conferences, festivals, trade shows, or similar events.
  • Able to safely lift and carry heavy boxes and equipment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting event materials and equipment.
  • Help carry boxes, supplies, and other event assets throughout the venue.
  • Support event setup, organization, and breakdown.
  • Keep storage and staging areas organized.
  • Assist the team with general logistical tasks as needed throughout the event.
