About The Position

We’re looking for reliable Event Labor Staff (Support Specialists) to join our team and help bring exciting experiential marketing events to life. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of live events, and working with a fast-moving production team, this could be a great opportunity for you. As a Support Specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting our onsite Production Team with the setup and breakdown of event displays, equipment, and activation elements. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with physical work.

Requirements

Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving equipment, working on your feet)
Ability to lift 45+ lbs. and perform physical work
Able to work in fast-paced environments and event settings
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and reliability Commitment to
Valid Driver’s License with good driving record required
Flexible schedule – some early mornings, evenings, or weekends
Open to travel for certain events (local and occasional national travel)

Nice To Haves

Experience in events, production, warehouse, staging, or experiential marketing
Experience with display builds, staging, or equipment handling

Responsibilities

Assist the Production Team with event setup and teardown of displays and equipment
Pull and prepare event assets from the warehouse based on event needs
Help load and unload trucks or vans transporting equipment to event locations
Support display installation and assembly at event sites
Perform pre-event equipment checks to ensure everything is ready to go
Help maintain an organized warehouse and staging area
Secure assets during transportation to prevent damage
Provide on-site support during events, helping troubleshoot or assist where needed
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to the team
