About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, there’s nothing bundt joy like celebrating life’s sweetest moments. From birthdays and weddings to corporate events and community fundraisers, our handcrafted cakes help turn everyday occasions into unforgettable experiences. As an Event Joy Creator, you’ll represent Nothing Bundt Cakes throughout the Mishawaka and surrounding communities, bringing joy to events and creating positive brand experiences.
Requirements
- Weekend availability is required (Saturday and Sunday events are common)
- Some evenings and holidays may be required based on event schedules
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident communicator
- Comfortable engaging with guests and groups
- Reliable transportation for local events in the Mishawaka area
- Passion for spreading joy and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Nice To Haves
- Event, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Represent Nothing Bundt Cakes at events, pop-ups, fundraisers, and community activations
- Engage guests, share our brand story, and showcase our products
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and on-brand guest experience
- Set up, maintain, and break down event displays
- Communicate event details and feedback with bakery leadership
