About The Position

As an Installation Crew Member, you will be responsible for the installation, dismantling, and warehousing of equipment for events of all sizes, including tailgating events at university properties. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a structured environment. This role offers opportunities for future growth and increased responsibility.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Team player.
- Organized.
- Detail-oriented.
- Self-starter.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and do physical labor for extended periods of time.
- Reliable form of transportation & communication.
- Availability on nights, weekends, and long shifts.
- Enjoys physical labor and working outdoors.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of basic warehousing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Loading and preparing vehicles accurately for delivery of equipment to event sites (including tent structures).
- Ensuring proper safety procedures are followed in the warehouse and onsite.
- Managing equipment maintenance and safety.
- Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Implementing safe policies and practices to reduce the possibilities of injuries.
- Communicating with supervisors and team members.
