About The Position

Curated Events is a market leader in event rental services, specializing in tents, linens, and design-forward event rental essentials. We are seeking go-getters, creative thinkers, hard workers, and outstanding team players to be part of our Delivery and Setup Installation Team. As an Event Installation Crew Driver, you will be the on-site face of Curated Events, setting up event rental essentials as part of an excellent team. The items you would deliver and set up include tables, chairs, dance floors, tents, lighting, dishes, catering equipment, lounge furniture and more. This role offers a career where no two days are exactly the same, involving visiting new places, meeting new people, and working hard to make events amazing. This position requires schedule flexibility, as events get busier in some seasons than others, and days can be long but always end with a strong sense of accomplishment. Drivers often get promoted into roles such as Dispatcher, Dispatch Manager, Tenting Director, Operations Manager, and General Manager. Requirements

Experience driving commercial vehicles (CDL not required)
3-year clean driving record
Must be able to pass DOT Exam
Organization skills
Communication skills – English, Spanish, or Both
Teamwork abilities
A focus on safety
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs repeatedly in a variety of indoor and outdoor settings
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of safe truck loading and unloading preferred
Previous mover/moving company experience is a bonus!

Responsibilities

Deliver and set up event rental essentials including tables, chairs, dance floors, tents, lighting, dishes, catering equipment, lounge furniture and more.
Provide excellent customer service on site at event venues.
Drive a truck.
Load and unload trucks safely.
Work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role requiring regular heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking.
Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
